Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please not that once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return Policy
Cancellations
Due to the nature of our beauty products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to review and resolve the matter with a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
